Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had a smelly aura and the 'view on the strip' wasn't as expected. The room itself was old and outdated, not meeting my initial expectations. To my dismay, moving to another room didn't solve the issues as I encountered the exact same problems.

Though the initial interaction was unpleasant when reporting the air conditioning issue, the housekeeping staff was exceptionally helpful. Overall, the staff was cordial, professional, and supportive - precisely what I needed, especially to keep my insulin cold.

Despite not being the best on the strip due to its location at the end, this hotel is easily accessible by public bus from the airport. It's a great spot close to Fremont Street and Walgreens for any last-minute needs.
